Details
Visitors can initiate an emergency alert by scanning a QR code at strategically placed help points throughout the venue. This method ensures immediate notification to on-site staff, eliminating the need for verbal descriptions or prolonged searches, and allows for swift action during critical situations
Efficient communication enables quick alerts, such as when a child is lost or a medical incident allowing staff to mobilise response teams swiftly. This reduces parental anxiety and focuses efforts on resolution, providing reassurance in stressful situations.
The TAWCS Public Safety Software facilitates direct, two-way communication between the visitor and venue personnel upon alert activation. This enables staff to gather essential details about the incident in real time, conduct accurate assessments, and deploy appropriate resources, such as medical teams or security personnel, to resolve the situation effectively
Help points are deployed in key locations, such as entryways, seating areas, concourses, and restrooms, to enable precise geolocation of the incident. This feature reduces response times by allowing staff to quickly identify and reach the affected individual, which is particularly valuable in large-scale environments like stadiums or outdoor concert venues.
TAWCS Public Safety Software streamlines incident data into a single platform, enabling staff to track and manage multiple incidents at the same time. This detailed, unified view allows for effective prioritization of responses based on the urgency and type of each event. The system automatically alerts the appropriate personnel, such as medical teams or security personnel, to incidents as they occur. This ensures timely deployment of the necessary resources, which is essential for a coordinated and efficient emergency response
Control room operators can leverage TAWCS to initiate direct communication with visitors in distress via the “I Need Help” feature. This connects the visitor to a secure chat room with a dedicated Venue team member for ongoing, constant communication.
REASSURANCE PROTOCOL
The software supports a structured protocol where trained staff deliver soothing and reassuring messages. They can assure visitors that they are not alone, that help from qualified professionals is on the way, and that the incident is being managed effectively.
CONTINUOUS UPDATES
TAWCS facilitates the delivery of real-time updates, keeping visitors informed as the situation evolves. These updates may include details on safety actions being implemented and approximate arrival times for assistance.
MULTILINGUAL SUPPORT
To cater to a wide range of visitors, TAWCS delivers messages in various languages. This ensures that all guests receive vital information and reassurance, irrespective of their native language
After an incident is resolved, the software supports automated follow-up communications to confirm the visitor’s well-being and gather feedback. This not only enhances visitor satisfaction but also provides venue managers with actionable insights to refine safety protocols, train staff, and prevent future occurrences.
